One of the most impressive areas of Spring Forest is its beautiful clubhouse. It houses a beautiful, large open living area, a card/game/exercise room, a library, a billiards room, restrooms, the HOA office and a large meeting room/dining hall with a fully furnished kitchen.
The committee coordinates with outside vendors to maintain clean, safe and attractive environment for events that take place in our clubhouse. The committee also works with the Board of Directors on repairs and improvements to the building
The clubhouse can be reserved for any resident for personal use. A member of the committee works with the residents to schedule the event and posts to a calendar in the clubhouse.
The group of volunteers on the clubhouse committee use a rotation schedule to keep things tidy and running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. A cleaning service comes in once a month for a more thorough cleaning.
Any resident who would like to be on this necessary and worthwhile committee can sign up any time throughout the year.
