The Grounds and Beautification/Lagoon Committee maintains the appeal and beauty of the Spring Forest common areas and gardens. Duties include oversight of our Landscaping Contractor and garden area maintenance.
This is accomplished through our “Adopt ‘A’ Spot” program. Our “Adopt ‘A’ Spot” program was developed so that resident volunteers could choose and maintain small areas throughout the year.
The committee also maintains the integrity of the Spring Lagoon system. This includes cleaning the lagoon grates and making sure the heads of the lagoons are clear of debris throughout the year. Also, the four pump houses which operate wells are monitored to meet any possible weather conditions.
The committee facilitates any community building repairs needed. All resident properties are maintained by their owners.
